With my staff only getting 40 minutes for lunch and being located so far from any sort of civilized food, they tend to bring their own lunches to work, myself included. So…sometimes we like to get a little creative and have “theme” lunches where we all contribute to the meal. Wednesday was Greek Day, and I have to say the food was scrumptious. With fresh made pitas from The Pita House and some of their incredible hummus we began our Mediterranean journey. We added homemade Tzatziki sauce, grilled chicken, fresh tomatoes and feta. And of course some yummy pastry. Who needs to go to Greece when you have the Zentrum!
